This is on the reverse side of the Sun, Sand & Sea Paper doll Clubs’ rooster.
I have no idea where this paper doll came from, but it is a nice showing of dresses from that period of time.

Hi, I’ve recently started collecting PD’s, found your blog and have been slowly going through it and enjoying it immensely! And what a surprise when I found this post! Barbara is a friend of mine and yes, this is definitely her work, though she says she’s never heard of the Sun, Sand & Sea Paper doll Club. The doll’s name is Etta. I don’t know for sure when she originally designed her, a few years ago, at least.

Hi Joann! Good to have you aboard. Thank you for the information about “A 1930′ paper doll” Nice to know she has a name and confirm who drew her. I also know Barbara, we were in a round robin together quite a while back. Like all of us, the person who made up our Florida Paper doll Club directory liked this so much, so put it on the back side. Guess we all like to share things we like. Our club hosted a couple of the large paper doll conventions back in the late 1980′s in Orlando. Unfortunately we have lost a lot of our members so do not do much any more, lucky if we get together once or twice a year.
