Not sure where this came from I saved a lot of items before I realized it was important to know where I got them from so I could give credit where credit was due.

All I know is this is a very pretty girl with a horse drawn carriage in the picture and lots of costumes to dress her up in.

Besides her princess robes, she has a lovely formal also.

I am going to be gone a couple of days, I cannot shake this sore throat so am planning on spending the weekend as soon as I come home from work tomorrow doctoring myself up.  I hate being sick and get so crabby when I am.  Not a good way to feel when you work with other people.  Marge

We have come to the last 6 pages in the book.  Now I know why I have been posting the Lincoln book little at a time.

Well I do not think this whole book will ever get colored by me, guess I will do the costumes I like the most and leave the rest in black and white.  I think it is a wonderful book and the costumes are beautiful.

I just finished a round robin with 4 members, have another with 5 members waiting and another with 8 members waiting.  Sure wish they would not end up here all the same time.  I love doing them but not all at once.

Came home at 1:00 today, of all things have a bad sore throat, kept me awake last night, also had a headache, so since I had payroll to do today went in to get that done, but gave up at 1:00.  Have a nice night and a good day tomorrow.  Happy paper dolling.  Marge

I have been studying them as I post them, trying to decide which is my favorite outfit, not sure I will be able to choose just one as so many as so wonderful.

This is a wonderful book full of 19th Century  authentic costumes from  Charles Ventura.  It is a 24 page book, so we will post 6 pages over a 4 night period. I have looked at this book many, many times as the costumes are so lovely.

This is the front cover and much the same as  part of page 3.

Another cut and color paper doll, this one has lovely costumes from Bavaria. Lauren and I were across from each other in the Artist Gallery at the Pennsylvania Convention.  We had met a long time when I attended a party at her house.  If you color this set be sure to use bright colors on the outfits.

Dorothy sent this to me via e-mail.  I thought it was such a nice thing for her to do and wanted to share it with the rest of you.

I had posted this a short while back and to quote Dorothy
“I trimmed and straightened the perspective so you can actually cut it out and play with it.”  Thank you Dorothy this was so nice of you to think of doing this.  I for one am going to make a copy and cut her out so I can dress her up in her various outfits.  Thank you again.

I think we have such a wonderful, helpful, sharing group on this blog and am so pleased to have started it to share our paper doll and art love. Marge

This is another one from the color and cut package we received at the Pennsylvania Paper Doll Convention.  You need to paste her head on her neck by the X.

Sorry it is a little crooked, I could not get it to scan straight.  The doll has a lovely face.  Wonder if she represents a historical person from that period.

Here are some more of the cut, smaller size Boots paper dolls, these are the ones I remember cutting out on Sundays after my father read the comics.

The doll on the far right has a strange standing position, she is leaning far back with her back.  Any way I love them all, guess these will always be my first love no matter how old I get.

Today is Sunday,  and the Lord said it was a day of rest, so I am resting looking at my paper dolls and the wonderful, wonderful art work that made up this   Round Robin, so lovely I just had to share it with you all.

This is true art work and these ladies all have such wonderful ideas in fashions and designs.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.  Marge
